The durability of permanent jewelry can vary greatly. However, the jewelry will last a very long time, possibly even a lifetime. The actual lifespan depends on various factors, including wear and tear and care.

The permanent jewelry, as well as charm necklaces/bracelets and clasps for the pearl jewelry, are made of stainless steel or gold-plated stainless steel. Some charms are made of gold-plated brass.

Our permanent bracelets are made of high-quality stainless steel and are generally unproblematic.

For medical examinations, we recommend that you clarify this with the on-site staff beforehand.

If necessary, your permanent bracelet can easily be cut and reconnected later—just contact us.

All stainless steel jewelry—that is, all permanent jewelry, pearl jewelry clasps, and the bracelets/necklaces from the Charm Workshop—are waterproof.

For Charm Workshop jewelry pieces with gold-plated brass pendants, it is recommended to remove the jewelry when showering.

Yes. We use stainless steel and gold-plated stainless steel for our jewelry. Since this is hypoallergenic, it's also suitable for allergy sufferers.

You can either book an appointment for the person or give them a voucher that they can use to book an appointment for themselves.

Yes, but only with a consent form. You can find this on the permanent jewelry offer page. Please simply download, print, fill out, and sign it, and bring it with you to your booked appointment.

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the event starts. In this case, you will receive a voucher for the full amount, which you can redeem for a new date or another offer within three years. Simply send us a short message with your name and order number.

Please note: Cancellations or rebookings less than 48 hours before the start of the event are unfortunately not possible, as we schedule the dates and prepare the materials individually.

If you are unable to attend, you can easily transfer your ticket to another person, as it is not personalized.
