All charms are available in gold and silver, are made of stainless steel, cost €10 each, and can be selected on site and paid for by card.

Is there a minimum age?

We recommend permanent jewelry only for ages 12 and up. For those under 16, we require a consent form from a legal guardian. You can find this here

How do I book for multiple people?

You can book up to three bracelets per appointment. Simply select the respective option. You can either have the booked bracelets attached to yourself or distribute them among yourselves.

Are there also pieces of jewelry with a clasp?

It's also possible to attach the jewelry with a clasp so that it can be removed. Simply book a regular appointment and choose an additional clasp on site.

Can I come without an appointment?

No. Permanent jewelry is only offered on certain dates.
You can only get a spot with an appointment, which you can easily book online.

Do you repair bracelets from other companies?

Unfortunately, we cannot weld chains that were not purchased from us. This is because we do not know how the chain's material will react with our welding tools and techniques. However, if you would like to have a new bracelet fitted, we would be delighted to assist you!

Where will the appointment take place?

The sessions will take place at Voßstraße 13 in Hannover List. You'll receive detailed directions after booking.

Does the jewelry discolor?

No. Because we work exclusively with high-quality stainless steel, the jewelry won't discolor and is water-resistant.

Can I remove the jewelry?

Yes. You can cut the jewelry off at home with pliers. If you'd like to have it reattached, we can do that for you.

How long does the jewelry last?

The durability of permanent jewelry can vary greatly. However, the jewelry will last a very long time, possibly even a lifetime. However, it is not indestructible, and the gold plating can fade over time, and excessive tension can cause the jewelry to crack.

What about medical interventions?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and can often be worn during an MRI. However, for some examinations, it may be necessary to remove the jewelry. It's best to ask the on-site staff about this. If this is the case, you can simply snip it off with small pliers and then come to us. We will reattach the jewelry for you free of charge.

What material do you use?

We use stainless steel for our jewelry. It's durable and also suitable for allergy sufferers.

How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can independently reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge via a link in your appointment confirmation email up to 24 hours before the appointment begins.
